Social Media Manager

Someone who understands why one hook gets 50 views and another gets 5 million. We're looking for a creative, culturally aware and execution-focused Social Media Associate. What you'll do Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Work closely with the creative and content teams to execute the monthly social media calendar. Write compelling captions, hooks, story copy and community posts that reflect Brand voice and values. Stay on top of social trends, creator content, memes, industry conversations and platform updates to identify opportunities. Track content performance, prepare regular reports and derive actionable insights from the data. You're a great fit if you have- 1–2 years of experience OR proof of work (portfolio / page / content). Basic understanding of social media platforms. Ability to write clear, concise copy. Willingness to learn fast and execute faster.
