LinkedIn Marketing Pricing and Cost

Questions about LinkedIn marketing cost usually blur together three different bills. There is what you pay an agency to plan and do the work, what you pay LinkedIn to show ads, and what you pay LinkedIn for tools like Sales Navigator. Separating them makes LinkedIn marketing pricing much easier to compare, and helps you decide which parts you need at all.

Key takeaways

  • Keep the management fee, ad spend and LinkedIn subscriptions apart when comparing proposals.
  • Ghostwriting for several leaders and running paid campaigns are the two choices that grow scope most.
  • Organic content and outreach can run without any ad budget, which suits companies testing the channel.
01

Bill One: Our Management Fee

This covers strategy, writing, design, video editing, campaign management, outreach and reporting. It is the only part we set. Monthly LinkedIn work starts at $1,000 a month and is scoped to what you choose from the menu below. A one-off piece of work, such as a page and profile overhaul or a campaign build, has a fixed quote agreed in writing.

There is no minimum term. Plans roll month to month and end on 7 days' written notice.

02

Bills Two and Three: Ad Spend and LinkedIn Tools

If you run LinkedIn Ads, the budget paid to LinkedIn is billed separately from our fee. Campaigns usually run from our ad accounts, or from yours if you prefer, and you see every line of spend. How much to put behind ads depends on the size of your target audience and how long your sales cycle is; we will give a recommendation on the audit call rather than a generic figure. Our LinkedIn Ads pricing page goes deeper on campaign costs.

Subscriptions such as Premium, Sales Navigator or a scheduling tool are billed by their providers. Many companies need none of them to start.

03

LinkedIn Marketing Packages, by Scope

Instead of fixed tiers, we build the plan from components. Most companies pick two or three.

  • Company Page

A content calendar, posts, document carousels and page upkeep. The lightest scope, useful mainly as proof and a home for announcements.

  • Executive Voice

Ghostwritten posts and comment strategy for one or more leaders, a common fit for LinkedIn marketing for startups. Each extra voice adds interviews, drafts and approvals.

  • Paid Campaigns

Audience building, creative, Lead Gen Forms, conversion tracking and weekly optimization. Scope rises with the number of audiences and offers.

  • Outreach

Connection and message sequences to a target account list. Scope depends on list size and how many senders are involved.

  • Video Editing

Short clips cut from your recordings, webinars or customer calls, captioned for silent viewing.

04

Other Things That Change the Price

Approval chains matter more on LinkedIn than on most platforms, because posts often go out under named people. A single approver keeps things moving; legal or compliance review on every post adds time, and in regulated sectors such as financial services we plan around rules like FINRA's communications requirements with your compliance staff.

Your sales setup matters too. If leads need to flow into HubSpot, Salesforce or another CRM with clean source tracking, that integration work is part of the scope. Still deciding whether to bring in outside help at all? Compare outsourced LinkedIn marketing with hiring, or start with a LinkedIn marketing consultant engagement.
