White Label Shopify Development for Agencies

Your ecommerce clients keep asking for things a paid theme cannot do, and your agency either turns that work away or juggles freelancers who vanish mid-launch. White label Shopify development gives you a build capacity you can sell under your own name. We write the Liquid (for Webflow sites, see Webflow development pricing), set up the store and hand it back ready for your client, while you stay the only agency they deal with.

  • Free 30-minute growth audit, no obligation
  • Website builds from $1,000, quoted in writing

Key takeaways

  • Your agency keeps the client relationship, the pricing and the credit, while we do the Shopify build behind the scenes.
  • Custom sections and metafields let merchants edit their own store, which cuts support tickets after launch.
  • Each store build gets a fixed written quote, so your margin is known before you send your proposal.
01

The Gap Most Agencies Hit With Shopify

Selling a Shopify store looks simple until the merchant wants a size guide pulled from product data, bundles that behave differently on mobile, or a wholesale price list for logged-in buyers. Those requests need theme code, not another app, and they land on whoever promised the launch date.

Hiring a full-time developer for a few stores a quarter rarely makes sense, and a freelancer who is booked elsewhere when the client wants a change leaves your account manager exposed. A delivery partner who works inside your process fills that gap without adding headcount.

02

What We Build for Your Agency's Clients

Most requests fall into a handful of patterns. We quote each one on its own, so you can resell a single job or a whole store.

  • Theme Builds From Your Designs

Your designer's Figma files turned into a Shopify theme with editable sections and blocks the merchant can rearrange.

  • Custom Sections and Templates

Product page layouts, landing templates and collection filters driven by metafields and metaobjects.

  • Store Migrations

Moving products, customers and order history from WooCommerce, Magento or another platform, with redirects for old product links.

  • Theme Fixes and Speed Work

Cleaning up leftover app code, reducing heavy scripts and fixing layout bugs that only appear on certain devices.

  • App Setup and Integrations

Configuring reviews, subscriptions, search and email apps so they sit cleanly inside the theme.

03

How the White Label Arrangement Works

We work under your brand from start to finish. Briefs come through your project tool or a shared channel, we build on a duplicate theme or a development store, and staging links carry no mention of Vynce Digital. Handover notes are written so you can paste them into your own template. We never contact your client unless you ask us to join a call, and then we join as part of your delivery crew.

Your agency owns the client relationship, sets the price and decides what the merchant sees. The store, its data and its content stay with the merchant. A wider overview of how this works across services sits on our white label agency page.

04

Quotes, Retainers and Who Pays for What

Each store build or discrete task is a one-off project with a fixed quote in writing, and builds start at $1,000. Scope rises with the number of custom templates, how much product data needs cleaning, migration volume, and how many apps have to be wired in. Shopify's subscription, paid themes and app fees are billed by Shopify and the app developers, usually straight to the merchant. Our Shopify development pricing page explains these cost drivers for direct clients too.

Agencies with a steady stream of tickets often prefer a monthly plan instead. Plans start at $1,000 a month, roll month to month with no minimum term, and stop with 7 days' written notice.

05

Beyond the Build

Launch is usually where the merchant starts asking about sales. You can resell more than code: conversion fixes through Shopify CRO, technical clean-up, or the full store service shown on our Shopify design page. If your clients run other platforms as well, white label website development covers those builds under the same arrangement.

FAQ

White Label Shopify Development Questions, Answered

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Ask us anything else on the free audit call.

Not from us. We do not add credits, footers or branded staging links, and we only speak to your client if you invite us.

Yes. We prefer collaborator or staff access issued by you or the merchant, so access is removed cleanly once the job ends.

Per job, with a fixed written quote before work starts. Builds start at $1,000. Ongoing ticket work can move to a monthly plan from $1,000 a month.

The merchant keeps the store, theme, content and data. Licenses for any paid theme or app stay with the provider's terms.

No one can promise that. A faster, clearer store removes friction, but product, pricing and traffic decide the outcome.
