You add us as users on your agency account with the permissions you choose. Requests come through whatever channel you already use, whether that is a shared task board, a Slack channel or email. We do not contact your clients unless you ask us to join a call, and then we join under your agency's name.
For texting, we help your clients prepare the business details carriers ask for during A2P registration and build messages that respect opt-in and opt-out.
