Review Management Pricing and Plans
If you are comparing review management pricing, you have probably seen everything from cheap software subscriptions to agency retainers with vague scopes. The useful question is what work sits behind the number: who asks for reviews, who replies, how many platforms are covered and what happens when a review is abusive. This page explains how Vynce Digital prices review and reputation work and the factors that make one scope bigger than another.
- Free 30-minute growth audit, no obligation
- Plans from $1,000 a month, month to month
- Reply to every request within 24 hours
Key takeaways
- Software alone is a tool, not a service, so check who actually writes and posts the replies.
- Locations, platforms and review volume move the scope more than anything else.
- Any provider selling review deletion for a fee deserves a hard second look.
Software Fee, Service Fee or Both
Review management, whether for local businesses or reputation management for B2B companies, is sold in two very different shapes. Software platforms charge for a dashboard that collects reviews, sends requests and alerts you to new posts, but someone on your side still has to use it. A managed service charges for the work itself: setting up requests, writing replies, monitoring and reporting.
Plenty of businesses pay for both, and that is fine as long as you know which line covers what. When we use a tool, its subscription is billed by its provider, and our fee covers only the work we do.
What Changes the Scope
When we scope review management, these are the factors we weigh.
Number of Locations
Each location usually has its own profiles and review stream, and replies need local detail.
Platforms Covered
Google alone is lighter than Google plus Yelp, Facebook, industry directories and employer review sites.
Review Volume
A busy restaurant needs far more reply time than a law office that receives a handful of reviews a month.
Sensitive Industries
Healthcare practices need extra care: protected health information stays in your own systems, public replies never confirm someone is a patient, and we discuss a business associate agreement before any work that could touch patient data.
Request Channels
Email requests are simple. SMS requests raise consent questions under the TCPA, which we plan around with you.
Reporting Depth
A monthly summary is standard; competitor comparisons or per-location reports add time.
How Vynce Digital Prices It
Ongoing review management is a monthly plan starting at $1,000 a month. It runs month to month with no minimum term, and either side can end it with 7 days' written notice. The plan covers the work we agree in writing: usually monitoring, replies, review request flows and a monthly report.
Setup-only work is quoted separately as a fixed price in writing. That suits businesses that want profiles cleaned up, request templates written and a reply guide created, and then plan to run things themselves. Your profiles, reviews and customer data stay yours either way.
What We Will Not Charge You For
We do not sell review removal as a product, because no one can promise it. Platforms take down reviews that break their rules, and reporting those with evidence is part of normal work. Be wary of anyone who claims otherwise. Negative review removal explains what can legitimately be challenged.
We also will not buy reviews, filter requests so only happy customers are asked, or post on your behalf as a customer. Those shortcuts can get a profile penalized and cost far more than they save.
Comparing Quotes From Different Providers
Ask every provider the same questions. Who writes replies, and do you approve them? Which platforms are included? Is software inside the price or billed separately? What is the notice period? What happens to your access and reports if you part ways?
If you manage reviews for clients rather than your own business, white label review management is priced on the same basis. Single-location owners may want to read reputation management for small business first.
