Website Speed Optimization Services

Our website speed optimization services find what makes your pages slow and fix it, starting with the pages that bring in the most revenue or leads. Slow pages frustrate visitors, especially on phones and weaker connections. We measure with real user data, fix the causes and re-check your pages after each release.

Key takeaways

  • Goals are set from field data on real visits, since Lighthouse lab scores help with debugging but measure something different.
  • Third-party tags, chat widgets and pixels are reviewed, then delayed or removed where they add little value.
  • WordPress plugins are reviewed one by one, caching is configured for your host and every fix is tried on a staging copy first.
01

What Slows Most Websites Down

Speed problems usually come from a handful of causes. Large images that are not compressed or sized for the screen. Too much JavaScript from themes, plugins and page builders. Third-party scripts for chat, reviews, ads and analytics that load before the content. Slow hosting or no caching, so the server takes too long to respond.

Layout shifts are a separate problem. Content jumps when images, ads or banners load without reserved space, and visitors tap the wrong thing.

We find which of these apply to your site, and which ones cost the most time on your key pages.

02

A Core Web Vitals Optimization Service Based on Real Users

Google's Core Web Vitals measure three parts of page experience. Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) tracks loading, and a good score is 2.5 seconds or less. Interaction to Next Paint (INP) tracks how quickly a page responds to taps and clicks, with 200 milliseconds or less counted as good. Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) tracks visual stability, with 0.1 or less counted as good.

Google assesses these at the 75th percentile of real visits, using Chrome user data. That field data is what appears in Search Console and the top of PageSpeed Insights. Lighthouse lab scores are useful for debugging, but they are not the same thing.

We set goals using field data, so the work helps real visitors and not just a test score.

03

What Our Page Speed Optimization Service Fixes

Each fix is matched to a measured problem.

  • Images and Media

Modern formats such as WebP or AVIF, correct sizing, lazy loading below the fold and priority loading for the main image.

  • JavaScript and CSS

Removing unused code, deferring scripts that are not needed right away and breaking up long tasks that block taps and clicks.

  • Third-Party Scripts

An audit of tags, chat widgets and tracking pixels, with delayed loading or removal where they add little value.

  • Fonts and Layout

Font loading that avoids invisible text, and reserved space for images, embeds and banners to stop layout shifts.

  • Server and Caching

Page and browser caching, CDN setup, compression and fixes for slow server response.

WordPress Speed Optimization Service

WordPress sites slow down in familiar ways. Plugins pile up, page builders add heavy markup, and old database entries build up over the years. Our WordPress speed optimization service tackles each one.

We audit every plugin and remove or replace the slow ones. We configure a caching plugin such as WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache, depending on your host. We clean up the database, check that you run a supported PHP version and add object caching where the host allows it.

If your host is the bottleneck, we say so and help you compare options. Our WordPress speed optimization services work on a staging copy first, so changes are tested before they reach your live site. For ongoing care after the fixes, see our website maintenance service.

How We Work and What It Costs

Step 1: We measure field and lab data for your key templates, such as home, product, category and landing pages. Step 2: We list the causes, estimate the gain and effort for each, and agree on priorities with you. Step 3: We make the fixes on staging, test them and release them. Step 4: We re-measure once enough new field data comes in.

A one-time website speed optimization project gets a fixed quote in writing. Ongoing monitoring and fixes start at $1,000 a month. Cost depends on your platform, number of templates, plugin and script load, and whether hosting changes are needed.

We will not promise a Lighthouse score, a Core Web Vitals pass or a ranking change, because scores depend on your site, platform and hosting. Some third-party tools you rely on will always cost time. Speed work often comes before testing in our conversion rate optimization services, and pairs well with a CRO audit.

Core Web Vitals are part of Google's page experience signals, which play a role in ranking. Relevance and content quality matter far more. The clearer benefit of a faster site is a better experience for visitors.

We do not aim for it, and we cannot promise any score, since scores depend on your site and hosting. A lab score of 100 does not always mean real visitors get a fast experience. We focus on Core Web Vitals field data for real users on your most important pages.

Yes. We work on WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Webflow and custom sites. On hosted platforms like Shopify, the main gains usually come from theme code, apps and images.

Quick fixes, such as image compression and caching, can be done early. Deeper work on scripts or theme code takes longer. Field data in Search Console updates over about four weeks, so we judge results after that.

It can, as new plugins, apps, scripts and content are added. We set up monitoring and share simple rules for your team, such as image sizes and script reviews before adding new tools.
