From Raw Footage to Final Cut
Step 1: You share footage through a cloud drive or transfer link. You also send a brief, any script, your brand guidelines and examples you like. Step 2: We log the footage, sync audio and flag problems such as missing sound or soft focus.
Step 3: We send a rough cut. You leave notes on exact timestamps in a review tool such as Frame.io, so feedback stays clear. Step 4: After the revision rounds listed in your quote, we lock the picture and finish color, sound and captions.
Step 5: We deliver each format you need and check that the files play correctly on the target platforms.
What to Send Us Before We Start
Good edits start with good inputs. Send original camera files, not compressed copies from a messaging app. Include separate audio files if you recorded with external microphones.
Tell us where the video will run, the target length and who must approve it. Flag any claims that need legal review, such as prices, results or health statements. If you already licensed a music track, send the license with it.
When we choose music, we use tracks from licensed production music libraries. A popular song needs a sync license from the publisher and a master use license from the label. Those can be costly or unavailable, and platforms such as YouTube may flag unlicensed tracks.

Stock and music licenses are separate
Stock footage and music licenses are billed by their providers, and any paid promotion is billed separately from our fee. Your footage and finished videos are yours.
