Copy editing goes further. Our copy editing services fix grammar, unclear sentences, repeated words and shifts in tone. We flag claims that need a source and check names, dates and figures against the material you provide.

Content editing looks at the whole piece. Our content editing services check whether the structure works, the argument holds and the piece meets its goal. We may suggest cutting sections, moving paragraphs or adding an example. You decide which changes to accept.

Step 1: You send the files, the audience, the deadline and any style guide or glossary. Step 2: We confirm the level of edit and the price in writing before we start.

Step 3: An editor works through the piece with tracked changes. Questions go in comments, not silent rewrites. Step 4: A second person checks the edited file on longer or high-stakes documents.

Step 5: You accept or reject changes and send back any answers. We do a final clean read and return a ready file.
