Facebook Ads for Gyms
We run Facebook ads for gyms, boutique studios, and personal trainers that want trial members who show up and stay. Signing someone up for a free week is easy. Getting them through the door three times and onto a membership is the hard part. Our campaigns are built around that second step.

Key takeaways
- Copy describes what you offer, such as a strength class with room for beginners, instead of calling out the viewer's body.
- Trial sign-ups who have not booked get retargeting plus email or text reminders through your CRM.
- Multi-location gyms get a separate campaign per site, each with its own budget and results.
Facebook Ads for Fitness Businesses of Different Sizes
A 24-hour gym, a yoga studio, and a personal trainer sell very different things. Big gyms sell access and price. Boutique studios sell community and coaching. Trainers sell results and accountability.
We shape the offer and creative around your model. For gyms, that may be a joining fee waiver or trial pass. For studios, a first-class offer or intro pack. For trainers and small group coaching, a free assessment or a short challenge program. Each one should lead naturally into a membership or package.
Meta's Rules for Health and Fitness Ads
Meta has strict rules for health and fitness content. Breaking them can get ads rejected or your account restricted.
Ads cannot assert or imply personal attributes. Copy like "Struggling with your weight?" calls out the viewer's body, which is not allowed. We write about what you offer instead, such as "Our 6 a.m. strength class has room for beginners." Ads promoting weight loss must be limited to people 18 and older, and before-and-after images for weight loss are restricted. We also avoid images that focus on a single body part or promise unrealistic results.
Supplements and nutrition products carry extra rules. If you sell them, we check each product against Meta's policies before it runs. For selling those products through your own store, see our fitness ecommerce marketing service.
What a Typical Campaign Includes
We usually build a version of this setup.
Trial and Intro Offers
Lead or booking campaigns built on one clear first step, with a short form or direct class booking.
Member Stories
Short videos of real members and coaches, recorded on a phone in your space and edited by us, that show what a class or session feels like.
Follow-Up Sequences
Retargeting for trial sign-ups who have not booked yet, plus email or text reminders through your CRM.
Retention and Win-Back
Ads for lapsed members and current members to promote challenges, add-ons, and referrals.
Timing and Local Targeting
January brings the biggest wave of new interest, and ad costs often rise with it. Late summer and early fall bring a second wave as routines restart. We plan budget around these, and use quieter months for retention and referral campaigns.
Most members will not travel far to train. We target a tight radius around your location, often just a few miles in dense areas. Salons plan around a similar radius, covered on our salon social media ads page. Multi-location gyms get separate campaigns per site so each one has its own budget and results.
We connect ads to your gym software, such as Mindbody, Glofox, or a similar platform, so we can track bookings and member sign-ups where the integration allows.
Cost per Location and How We Report
Management starts at $1,000 a month, and chains and franchises with several sites get a fixed quote. We bill Meta spend separately from the plan fee.
We report on leads, trial show-up rate, and new memberships where you share that data. We will not promise a set number of members or a cost per lead. Show-up and close rates depend a lot on your front desk and sales follow-up, and we will tell you if that is where the leak is.
See our Facebook and Meta ads page for account details and our main social media advertising services page for the full scope. For organic posts that welcome new members, see our gym social media marketing page. Independent trainers can see our personal trainer marketing page.
How Pricing Works
Vynce Digital LLC is a registered US company, with our head office in Dubai and our delivery team in Srinagar. Here is how working with us is billed.
Plans from $1,000 a month
The fee depends on channels, accounts and workload. We confirm it in writing before anything starts.
Month to month
No long contract. You can stop with 7 days' written notice, and your website, data and content stay yours.
Ad spend is billed separately
Your Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or other ads usually run from our ad accounts, with spend billed separately from our fee. Prefer your own account? We can run it there instead.
A free 30-minute growth audit
A strategist looks at your account and goals on a call, with no obligation. We reply to every request within 24 hours.

Free offers attract people who are curious but not committed. Fast follow-up, reminder texts, and a small upfront commitment all help. We also test offers that filter for intent.
Meta restricts before-and-after images for weight loss, and ads cannot call out a person's body. We use member stories, class footage, and coach videos that show the experience instead.
Usually yes, because demand is high too. We plan for higher costs, have creative ready early, and keep offers sharp. Quieter months are then used for retention.
Yes. Many franchises have brand rules and approved creative. We work within those and run local campaigns for each location. For location pages built on one brand template, see our franchise website design page.
Track trial show-ups, first visits, and memberships started. Leads alone can look good while few people walk in. We ask your team to share those numbers each month.
