Hotel Facebook Ads
We run hotel Facebook ads for independent hotels, boutique properties, resorts, and small groups that want more direct bookings. Every booking that comes through an online travel agency costs you a commission. Social ads give you a way to reach travelers before they open a booking site, and to bring past guests back to book with you.

Key takeaways
- Feeder markets come from your reservation data, so a drive-to resort and an airport hotel target very different cities.
- Any price shown in an ad is the total price, including mandatory resort or destination fees, under the FTC fee rule.
- The Meta Pixel and Conversions API are checked on your booking engine so confirmed bookings pass their revenue back.
Where Social Ads Fit in a Hotel's Booking Mix
Online travel agencies are good at capturing travelers who already know where they are going. They are less useful for creating that intent in the first place. Facebook and Instagram can show your rooms, views, food, and staff to people who have not chosen a hotel yet.
We treat social ads as a way to grow the share of guests who book direct. That means clear offers on your own site, such as a direct-booking perk, a package, or a better cancellation policy. Without a reason to book direct, many people will still compare prices on a travel site.
Who We Target for a Hotel
Good targeting starts with your own guest data, not broad interests.
Feeder Markets
Cities and regions that already send you guests, based on your reservation data. A drive-to resort targets very differently from a city hotel near an airport.
Past Guests
Your guest list, uploaded as a custom audience, for return stays, seasonal offers, and anniversaries.
Site Visitors
People who checked rates or dates but did not book, with ads that show the room type and dates they viewed where tracking allows.
Wedding and Event Planners
Lead ads for weddings, retreats, and meetings, sent to your sales team with key details such as date and guest count. Wedding venues can also see our wedding social media ads page.
Locals
Ads for your restaurant, spa, rooftop bar, or staycation packages to people within driving distance. Our restaurant social media ads page covers dining campaigns in more depth.
Tracking Bookings Through Your Booking Engine
Most hotels take bookings on a separate booking engine, not on the main website. That can break tracking. If the Meta Pixel does not see the confirmed booking and its value, Meta cannot learn who books.
We check how your booking engine supports the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and whether it passes revenue. We set up cross-domain tracking where needed. When the engine limits tracking, we use UTM links and compare results against booking reports. You should be able to see revenue from social ads, not only clicks.
Showing Prices the Right Way
The FTC's rule on unfair or deceptive fees took effect in 2025 and covers short-term lodging, including hotels. If an ad shows a price, it must show the total price, including mandatory fees such as resort or destination fees. Taxes and optional extras can be listed separately.
Some states have their own pricing rules as well. We keep ad prices in line with your booking engine and ask your revenue manager to confirm them. If you do not want to show prices in ads, we focus the copy on the stay and the offer instead.
Pricing for Hotel Social Ads
Management starts at $1,000 a month. Meta ad spend is billed separately from the fee. We edit ads from the photos and video you already have, and we can send a short phone-filming guide for new footage.
Cost depends on the number of properties, room and package offers, and event sales campaigns. We will not promise a set occupancy rate or return on ad spend. Demand changes with seasons, events, and the economy.
We run campaigns through our Facebook ads and Instagram ads services. If you also sell tours or packages, see our travel social ads page. For all platforms, see our social media advertising services.
How Pricing Works
Vynce Digital LLC is a registered US company, with our head office in Dubai and our delivery team in Srinagar. Here is how working with us is billed.
Plans from $1,000 a month
The fee depends on channels, accounts and workload. We confirm it in writing before anything starts.
Month to month
No long contract. You can stop with 7 days' written notice, and your website, data and content stay yours.
Ad spend is billed separately
Your Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or other ads usually run from our ad accounts, with spend billed separately from our fee. Prefer your own account? We can run it there instead.

They can raise the share of bookings that come direct, which lowers the commission you pay overall. They will not replace online travel agencies entirely. Most hotels use both and try to shift the balance.
Instagram is often strong for visual properties and younger travelers. Facebook can be stronger for older guests and drive-to markets. One Meta campaign can run on both, and we check results by placement. For organic posts on both platforms, see our hotel social media marketing page.
Yes. We run lead ads that collect event date, guest count, and budget, then send leads straight to your sales team. These run separately from room booking campaigns.
Start before your guests usually book for that period. For many leisure hotels, that is several weeks ahead. Packages, local staycations, and midweek offers can help fill gaps.
This service covers social ads. Our PPC service covers search, and you can see that work on our hotel PPC page. Search and social work best when they share the same offers.
