Entertainment Marketing Agency
Our entertainment marketing work helps venues, promoters, theaters, festivals and studios sell tickets and build audiences. Every show has a date, and an empty seat cannot be sold once the curtain goes up. We plan campaigns around that deadline, from the announcement to the day of the event.

Key takeaways
- Campaigns follow an arc of announce, on-sale, sustain and final push, with warm audiences reached first.
- Advertised ticket prices show the total, including mandatory fees, under the FTC rule on live-event fees.
- Where a ticketing platform limits pixels, we add promo codes and unique links to track sales by channel.
Who We Work With
We market live and recorded entertainment. That includes music venues, comedy clubs, theaters, festivals, touring shows, family entertainment centers and attractions. It also includes film and streaming releases, podcasts and live streams.
These businesses share a problem. Demand is spiky, attention is short and the product expires. A festival sells in waves, a theater run needs steady sales over weeks and an escape room needs weekday bookings. Each needs its own plan, but the mechanics are similar: build interest, convert it at the right moment and fill the gaps.
The Campaign Arc: Announce, on-Sale, Final Push
Step 1: Announce. We build awareness with video cut from your footage, cast or artist assets and email to past buyers. We grow a waitlist or presale list so demand is ready. Step 2: On-sale. Ads and emails go out the moment tickets go live, aimed at warm audiences first.
Step 3: Sustain. We retarget site visitors, test new creative and reach people similar to past buyers. Step 4: Final push. In the last days, we focus on remaining seats and people who looked but did not buy.
After the event, we gather photos and clips, survey buyers and add them to the next campaign's audience. Past buyers are often the cheapest audience to reach again.
Channels an Entertainment Marketing Agency Should Use
We weight channels by audience, ticket price and how far out the event is.
Paid Social
Meta, Instagram and TikTok ads with short clips and behind-the-scenes moments edited from your own footage, plus countdowns.
Video and Streaming TV
YouTube trailers and connected TV for larger releases and touring shows. See our CTV advertising page.
Audio
Spotify and podcast ads that reach fans by genre and location. See our audio advertising service.
Email and Text
Presale lists, on-sale alerts and reminders to past buyers, with consent for every text.
Search
Ads on searches for your show, artist or venue. Google requires ticket resellers to hold its certification, but they still bid on these terms, so the official seller should appear too.
Artist and Cast Posts
Posts from the performers on your bill, planned alongside your ads, with the disclosure the FTC requires when a post is paid.
Ticket Prices, Fees and Endorsement Rules
Price ads have to be clear. The FTC's rule on unfair or deceptive fees requires live-event ticket sellers to show the total price, including mandatory fees, when they display or advertise a price. That applies to ads, emails and landing pages. We build price messaging with your ticketing setup so the numbers match.
Anyone who posts about your show in exchange for free tickets or payment must disclose that relationship. The FTC's endorsement guides apply to comped tickets too. If you work with creators, we check that their posts carry that disclosure before we share them.
Some content needs age limits. Shows with alcohol, adult themes or gambling tie-ins need targeting and platform settings that keep ads away from minors. Casinos and gaming resorts can see our casino marketing page.
Tracking Sales From Ad to Ticket
Ticketing platforms such as Ticketmaster, AXS and Eventbrite differ in the tracking they allow. Some support ad pixels or server-side events, and some give venues limited data. We set up the fullest tracking your platform allows, then add promo codes and unique links where pixels fall short.
Single-show and release campaigns get a fixed quote in writing. Ongoing venue programs start at $1,000 a month. Media is billed separately. Cost depends on the number of events, markets and creative versions. As an entertainment ad agency, we will not promise sellouts or viral views. We will report ticket sales, cost per sale and audience growth. See all our digital marketing agency services.

It plans and runs campaigns that sell tickets, drive streams or grow fan audiences. That covers ads, email, social, video and tracking. Some firms also handle publicity.
We focus on digital marketing. We work with your publicist and share calendars, assets and results. Press and ads work better when their timing lines up.
It depends on the size of the event and the ticket price. A large festival may start months ahead, while a club show may need a few weeks. We set the timeline once we know your on-sale date.
An outside agency brings set campaign structures, creative testing and tracking built for ticket sales. Some venues keep daily posting in-house and hand off paid media. We fit around what your staff already does well.
Yes. Artist and label campaigns have their own tools, such as Spotify's promotion options. See our music marketing page.
